This is probably one of the most common themes that we all share in our pursuit of a more comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle. The problem is that this is definitely easier said than done. However, there are a group of individuals who not only managed to rise out of poverty through sheer will, effort and determination, but also have exceeded all expectations, even their own, to rise up to the upper echelons of society. These are the Nouveau Riche. The Nouveau Riche have all in common the basic rags to riches story that they have been able to achieve within the relatively short span of a single lifetime or generation. And there is no wonder why so many of us embark to study their lives so that we may find the secret to their success. But whatever this secret is, being able to achieve only a fraction of what they have been able to accomplish is well worth the effort, and so in our dream to become a part of the Nouveau Riche, hopefully we can learn enough of their lives so that we can get out of our own poverty and into a better life.
